  Help Clean up our Beach.  Join the Lake Erie Beach Sweep!  

  Since 1985, waterfront communities have been coming together to clean up their most treasured natural resource. The effort is part of Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup and the Center for Marine Conservation, and it has spread to all corners of the world. The endeavor is now considered the world’s largest volunteer effort, engaging organizations and individuals who care about the earth and the effects of pollution.
  
  

  Please join us to cleanup Sunset Bay beach, creeks, streams and surrounding streets and show your commitment to improving the health of Lake Erie and protecting our valued natural resource. 

  If you can't join, we ask that you not litter, that you pick up trash when you see it and that you encourage others to do the same.  We thank those of you who are already doing this.
