We invite you to attend the annual meeting of the Sunset Bay Association, scheduled for June 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Bay Beach Club. This annual meeting allows us to review financials, meet board candidates, and discuss issues and solutions for Sunset Bay residents.
This year, immediately following our Annual Meeting we will be having a Chicken BBQ. The BBQ Chicken will be prepared by our Board Member of Fun, Dave McMahon, and the fixins’ prepared by Cabana Sam’s. Members plus 1 guest pay only $15 each, including 2 hours open bar, starting at 3 PM. We hope you’ll join us. Please sign up here by June 22nd.
This year, we have two (2) director positions available. Dave McMahon & Bill Kraft’s terms have expired and they are both running for a second term/re-election. Also running, welcome to the mix, Anne Neaf!

2. Financial Statements and 2026-2027 Budget: Our financial statements and budget are also attached for your review and approval. Due to the overwhelming success of our social events, we have increased the social budget, (including our member meetings) for your review. The Financial Reports and Proposed 2026-2027 Budget can be found here.
As members, your active participation in discussions and your vote give you the opportunity to influence what the Association stands for and what functions it performs. We’d love to see you in person, but if you are unable to attend, we ask that you vote ahead of the meeting.
